At Jenna2021, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every order before shipment to ensure products meet our quality standards.

Important Notice Before Opening Your Package

To protect your rights and help us handle any potential return or exchange request, please record an unboxing video when opening your package.

The unboxing video should clearly show:

  • The unopened package before opening.
  • The shipping label and order information.
  • The condition of the product after opening.

This video will be required as evidence for claims related to missing items, wrong products, wrong sizes, or product damage. Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to verify the issue or provide a return/exchange solution.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days after receiving your order.

Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following situations:

  • The wrong size was sent.
  • The wrong product was sent.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

For any other return or exchange requests (such as personal preference, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-quality-related reasons), customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs.
  • The risk and responsibility of shipping the package back to our return address in China.

Customers must use a reliable shipping service with tracking information. Jenna2021 is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or delayed during the return shipping process.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • The product packaging and accessories must be included (if applicable).

Items showing signs of use, washing, customer-caused damage, or missing original packaging may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake (wrong product, wrong size, or damaged item).
